SCC 11th Annual 2017 Prescott Vette Sette Car Show September 22/23, 2017 As per the Club’s recent tradition, we have scheduled attendance at the 11th Annual 2017 Prescott Vette Sette Car Show as an official Club event. The show will be held Friday September 22 & Saturday, September 23 in cool, fun & historic Prescott AZ. This year’s show will be limited to 250 Corvettes to be displayed “around” the old courthouse plaza. (An official detailed Show announcement and participant sign-up sheet are attached.) Our current plan involves an SCC Corvette Caravan to leave together Friday afternoon &, as per Club tradition, checking in to the charming and unique Prescott Motor Lodge for a 2 night stay including an informal dinner at the Lodge Friday P.M., attendance at the show Saturday, a group dinner at a local restaurant Saturday, and departures as individually determined on Sunday (or later). Some members typically enter their cars in the show while others attend as spectators to view the cars until “Corvette Overload” occurs. There is no charge or immediate action required to attend the show as a spectator, and for those wishing to enter their cars fees and deadlines is explained on the participant attachment.

***** Update Announcement ***** We are inviting all SCC Members to join us on our caravan to Prescott for this event. There are also a limited number of slots still available for the two dinners planned for either (or both) Friday and Saturday evenings. The following people are already signed up and need not RSVP to this Update: Bales(2), Dennis(2), Hickerson(1), Rabin(2), Siprut(2), Ketterl(2), Thomas(2), Juessen(2), Reagan(2), Trayte(2), Strimbu(2) All Club members who wish to caravan from our Cave Creek departure point (South end of Albertson’s Parking Lot- 3130 West Carefree Highway, Cave Creek, AZ) will meet at 12:45 on Friday afternoon (09/22/2017); we will leave promptly at 1:00PM. You can join this group whether or not you have signed up previously (no RSVP required if you are only driving up in the caravan); just arrive by 12:45 to hear the trip briefing and sign the Club’s paperwork required for participation. We are inviting additional SCC Members (not yet signed up) and guests to sign up to join our group for dinner, either (or both) Friday and Saturday evenings by filling out the RSVP below. Both dinners are in private rooms which can accommodate up to 30 people with separate checks and full menus. Only RSVP if you wish to come to the dinners. Respondents to the RSVP will be notified if they are confirmed for either (both) dinners at the close of the RSVP. First come, first served. All Members currently signed up will have priority. Members who signed up early have rooms reserved at the Motor Lodge (which is full); however, at this time there are other Hotels/Motels with rooms available (Springhill Suites-928-776-0998; Apache Lodge-928-445-1422). If you would like to book a room at these venues please do so directly; we do not need to be informed of your lodging plans. We hope you can join us!
