Run To The Pines, 35th Anniversary Trip

You are invited to join us at the 35th Anniversary Run
to The Pines weekend.

We will participate in the big Cavalcade of Cars Parade,
attend two exclusive SCC dinner parties, and view
500+ classics at the Run to the Pines Car Show.
Friday, September 28
We will depart late morning and caravan to the Antlers
Inn in Pinetop.
In the afternoon, we will join hundreds of classic and
other cars in the festive Cavalcade of Cars Road Tour
from Show Low through Pinetop-Lakeside.
In the evening, we will attend a Cocktail Party &
Mexican Buffet at a private home overlooking the 13th
fairway of Pinetop Country Club. Hosted by Brenda
Brandt/ John Prenzno and Dave Forwood/Sherry
Nelson.
Saturday, September 29
Lite breakfast provided by Antlers Inn.
During the day, we will attend the Run to The Pines
Car Show at a different country club, the Pinetop Lakes
Country Club. On display will be 550 classic cars and
their interesting owners. Food will be available for
purchase at the show. You will also be free to explore
the area on your own.
In the evening will be Cocktails & Dinner at Pinetop
Country Club. Hosted by Brenda Brandt/ John
Prenzno.
You will have a choice of “Meat” or “Fish”, shorthand
for:
-Petite fillet mignon, wild mushroom risotto,
asparagus bundle, classic hollandaise sauce
-Seared scallops with lemon caper cream sauce
Sunday, September 30
Lite breakfast provided by Antlers Inn.
On your own to explore, revisit the Car Show, return at
your leisure.
Event & Room Reservations
We will be using the new 2018 Signup method again
with this trip with the “Register” button below. More
information on the new 2018 Signup method can be
found on the “How To” tab on the Website under
“About Us”.
There are five “Tickets”. You must select the
Registration ticket to register for the trip. The others
are optional.

RUN TO THE PINES - FRIDAY OPEN HOUSE/COCKTAIL
PARTY AND MEXICAN BUFFET -$15.00 per person
Select the number of people going (1 or 2) and pay for
the Friday evening event. $15 per person, payable in
advance.
RUN TO THE PINES - MEAT OPTION FOR SATURDAY
NON-HOSTED COCKTAILS AND DINNER AT PINETOP
COUNTRY CLUB - FREE
Select the number of people going (1 or 2) to the
Saturday evening event choosing the Meat option.
The Saturday evening event is $36, plus cost of drinks,
but payable at the event.
RUN TO THE PINES - FISH OPTION FOR SATURDAY
NON-HOSTED COCKTAILS AND DINNER AT PINETOP
COUNTRY CLUB - FREE
Select the number of people going (1 or 2) to the
Saturday evening event choosing the Fish option.
The Saturday evening event is $36, plus cost of drinks,
but payable at the event.
Reservations for rooms must be made before 8:00
PM on February 1, 2018.
Registration will close when we reach 30 attendees
or the close of Registration, May 1, 2018, whichever
comes first.
All Registrants will receive detailed trip instructions
after Close of Registration.
For those signing up for room reservations, we will
send you instructions on how to reserve and pay for
your room. Available are Queen rooms at $184+ tax
for two nights, and King rooms at $228+ tax for two
nights.

put on a Waiting List.
